About this scholarship
The University of Hong Kong ADB Scholarship, part of the ADB-Japan Scholarship Program, fully funds students from Asian Development Bank (ADB) member countries pursuing a master's degree at HKU. It covers tuition, living expenses, airfare, and insurance, and may include language or computer training. Scholars are required to return to their home country and work for at least two years after graduation. Eligible programs include the Master of Urban Design and Master of Science in Urban Planning.
Eligibility
Citizens of ADB member countries with a bachelor's degree and relevant work experience applying for an eligible master's program at the University of Hong Kong; commitment to return home and work for two years after graduation.
