About this scholarship

The TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship is a fully funded program for students from TaiwanICDF partner countries, covering full tuition, return airfare, accommodation, insurance, and a monthly stipend (NT$18,000 for master's, NT$20,000 for PhD). Students study all-English programs at Taiwanese partner universities in fields such as agriculture, engineering, medicine, business, and international development. Applications open December 1, 2026 and close March 15, 2027.

Eligibility

Citizens of TaiwanICDF partner countries; bachelor's applicants need high school results, master's a bachelor's degree, PhD a master's degree; English-taught programs so proof of English proficiency typically required
